Kordon is a physical termite barrier system that is impregnated with Deltamethrin, it’s repellency creates an unpleasant environment for foraging termites, who once confronted with the barrier will go forage elsewhere.
Kordon Termite Barrier is used in conjunction with the concrete slab to form a complete termite barrier system. It offers protection against termites, through the areas of the building where there is the greatest risk of concealed termite access (ie: wall cavities and pipe penetrations).

Altis is a perforated flexible pipe with emitters to deliver and spread the termiticide, in this case, Biflex to protect your new home from termites.
Altis Reticulation System creates a continuous barrier around the concrete slab edge at time of construction and can be replenished with ease as required.

Timber Pest Inspection
Pestpac carry out full Timber Pest Inspections on behalf of the purchaser/s looking to buy a home or investment.
A comprehensive report is provided including photos and recommendations informing you if there is a current termite problem or has been previously. We give you essential information needed to make an informed decision about the property.
