Are you hearing noises in your ceiling? Rodents take refuge in our homes for warmth and to forage for food scraps.

In the colder months rodents will find any small entries into our homes to take cover from the cold outside, both rats and mice are good climbers and can climb vertical walls if the surface is rough enough, and “shimmy” up between walls and drain pipes. Rats are also reasonably good swimmers and have been known to enter premises through the water-traps of the toilet bowl.

While they are inside they will try to find anything to eat or gnaw on – especially the electrical cords in your ceiling or walls.

Give Pestpac a call on 602 333 99 and we can inspect, treat and proof any entry points or give recommendations on what should be carried out.
